8 years ago, we found 81design online. At our first meeting, designer Joan understood our ideas right away and her style was just what we wanted. We trusted her to design and renovate our first home. Joan and her team were very professional, which made the whole process easy for us. Our friends and family always praised the look and feel of our home. The carpentry work was also very well done – worth every cent.

Now, 8 years later, we are moving into our second home and chose 81design again without any doubt. Since we already know each other, communication has been smooth. Joan and her team listen carefully to our needs and give us good advice. This time we are trying a very different style from our first home, and we are really excited to see the results, We will look forward to writing another review when it is finished😍🔥

We have completed a major home renovation with 8tyone Design in 2024 and were thrilled with the results. The project covered interior design, custom cabinetry, repainting, tiling, and functional upgrades like an extended balcony, car porch, yard, and auto gate system. The team delivered high-quality workmanship and brought everything together beautifully.

During the consultation phase, the team offered insightful suggestions and practical alternatives to address our concerns, from layout adjustments to material selections. Their guidance gave us confidence in every decision we made.

As with any large renovation, a few challenges arose along the way, but the team was proactive and responsive in resolving them quickly. These minor hiccups were handled smoothly and had no impact on the overall outcome of the project.

One area where we see room for improvement is in the operational procedures and flow management. With more streamlined coordination and clearer scheduling, we believe the team can further enhance efficiency and the overall renovation experience. That said, we trust that the team will continue to grow in this aspect as they take on more projects.
